Kelly Brook has insisted that sex becomes better the older she gets.
The former glamour model, 40, dished on her life between the sheets with Italian hunk beau Jeremy Parisi, 35, on her podcast Feeling Fab At 40.
Kelly admitted that she is finally at a point in life where she feels confident enough to tell her man what she likes in bed - something that wasn't easy for her in her younger years.
The brunette bombshell said her boyfriend likes a "curvy woman" - making her the ultimate dream girl for him.
Talking on her Feeling Fab at 40 podcast, she said: "My boyfriend is 35 and he is Italian, so, you know, he likes a nice large curvy woman, so that's always a good thing!
I think your sex life gets better as you get older."
She continued: "You get confident! You are not so hung up on stuff. You know what you enjoy. You know what you like, so you are not as scared to tell them.
"When you're young you don't tell them. They are like, 'is that nice?' or whatever and you're like, 'yeah!'
"When you're older you are gonna make sure you get what you want!"
Kelly has been dating the model since 2015, after she "slid into his DMs" on Instagram before they met in person.
The stunner recently credited their flourishing relationship to his sweet and sensitive nature.
Before getting together with Jeremy, Kelly's dating history saw names of some top A-listers out there.
She was with X Factor : Celebrity star Thom Evans for two years, and they suffered two miscarriages together.
The model previously dated Hollywood hunk Jason Statham, as well as Billy Zane, Gladiator David Mackintosh and rugby stud Danny Cipriani.
But it seems as though she's finally found her forever.
Earlier this year, Kelly admitted that she has no interest in tying the knot or ever having kids, and she's taken the pressure off herself.
Speaking to Closer, she said when she reached 30 she pressured herself to have children and get married because her biological clock was ticking.
"I've now got to 40, and I think I should have done what I wanted to do," she added.
She added that as well as not being bothered about having children or being married, she also does mind not working every day.
"I just want to enjoy the next phase of my life and be happy!" she said.
