Kellogg's Skyline at Croke Park giving away free tickets to celebrate birthday

Kellogg's Skyline tour at Croke Park is giving away free tickets but there's a catch.

The popular tourist attraction will be celebrating its 10-year anniversary with a "Tour on the House" celebration, meaning tours of the famous rooftop will be totally free of charge on Friday, August 5. You will need to book your tickets online which are first come first served and with a limit of five tickets per person. You'll have the chance to enjoy panoramic views of the Dublin skyline, quirky stories, and incredible tour guides.

You can also get your photo taken with the Sam Maguire and Liam MacCarthy Cups with a unique backdrop and there will be surprise treats and spot prizes throughout the day. The GAA Museum has also announced a new "Discover Dublin" Tour Series from Friday, September 23.

Each Friday evening, the Kellogg’s Skyline Tour will be taken over by different Dublin experts, who together with the talented team of Skyline tour guides, will offer a themed tour topic each week. These rooftop tours will cover a variety of topics from tenement Dublin to emigration, the Dublin music scene and much more. Tours will depart from the GAA Museum at 3.15pm and last approx. 90 minutes.

GAA Museum Director Niamh McCoy said: “Since the establishment of a new rooftop walkway on top of Croke Park in 2012, we have welcomed Dublin locals, Irish visitors, sporting fans, tourists, high-profile dignitaries, and celebrities!

"It has been 10 years of breath-taking views, illuminating talks, historical revelations, milestones and more. We have seen over 3,650 sunrise and sunsets, quirky activities including yoga and abseiling, as well as romantic proposals and memorable weddings.

"When you look back, the 10-year milestone is certainly a source of pride and a genuine success story. We look forward to everyone being in good spirits for the ‘tours on the house’ party on the 5th of August as well as the upcoming Discover Dublin Tour series which will be unmissable for history buffs and those in search of unique experiences."
