Cereal fans have been rushing to their nearest Tesco for a new Kellogg’s cereal - with some selling them for a healthy profit online.
Boxes of Kellogg’s Pokemon Chocolate Flavour cereal are being sold for as much as £11 on eBay, with huge levels of demand resulting in empty shelves.
Kellogg’s quietly launched the cereal into Tesco, Booker and One Stop stores last week - but you have to be fast if you want to “catch ‘em all”.
The cereal comes in four different box designs, featuring popular characters Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle.
Tesco says: “Adventure starts at breakfast with our new Kellogg’s Pokémon chocolate flavour breakfast cereal!
“Enjoy delicious chocolate flavoured shapes in the morning with our Kellogg’s Pokémon chocolate flavour breakfast cereal.
“Kellogg’s Pokémon chocolate flavour breakfast cereal is high in fibre and contains no artificial colours or flavours. Find a different Pokémon on every pack, each with a unique back of pack game.”

The supermarket has priced the packs at £3.50, or £2.85 with a Clubcard - but single packs are selling for as much as £11 on eBay, with full sets of four boxes being sold on for as much as £35.
Happy customers have been sharing reviews, pictures and videos of the cereal across social media - while some expressed disappointment that the packs don’t include collectible cards or toys.
A spokesperson for Tesco said that the cereal was proving very popular with customers, adding: “We have good availability of this line across our large stores.”
The cereal launch coincides with Pokemon’s 30th anniversary, and isn’t the first time Kellogg’s has teamed up with the Japanese media franchise.
In 2001, Kellogg’s launched a limited-edition Pokemon cereal featuring loops and marshmallow pieces shaped like the franchise’s characters.
