Keith Richards has suggested there is a possibility the forthcoming Rolling Stones stadium tour could be "the last one"/
Speaking to Rolling Stone, the rock guitarist was asked what he thought about the current spate of retirement tours by artists such as Elton John, who was criticised by Sir Rod Stewart as "dishonest".
"Well, you can look at it either way," Richards replied. "If you mean it, that's the way it is. I just haven't got around to thinking in that head yet. I don't know, you never know. Maybe this will be the last one, I don't know."
The Rolling Stones will be performing to stadiums in the US during spring next year, in the country Richards called the band's "original hunting ground".
The latest leg of their No Filter tour, which launches on 20 April at Miami's Hard Rock Stadium, will mark their first US shows since 2015's Zip Code tour. It will include shows at cities like Jacksonville, which they have not played in decades.
