Keith Lemon announces his popular TV show has been axed

Keith Lemon has confirmed his TV show has been axed.

Leeds star Keith Lemon, 48, also known as Leigh Francis, has told disappointed fans his Channel 4 programme The Fantastical Factory of Curious Craft will not be returning.

Keith presented the show alongside Naked Attraction’s Anna Richardson. Unfortunately, it only lasted one series.

Fantastical Factor of Curious Craft saw a host of creatives try to impress Factory Controller Keith. Contestants had to try and convince celeb guests to buy their creations.

Famous faces who popped up included Nick Grimshaw, Eamonn Holmes and Martin Kemp. During an Instagram Q&A this week, Keith confirmed the Channel 4 show won’t be returning.

Addressing disappointed fans, Keith said: “No it won’t be back. I really enjoyed doing it but I think it was too expensive.”

The Fantastical Factory of Curious Craft aired in 2020. Ahead of the show’s debut Keith spoke of his excitement for the Channel 4 series.

Ahead of the launch, the host said: “I’ve always had a love for making things, drawing and painting. I’m also a very good dancer. But that’s for a different show.”

Fans will be able to see Keith back on TV when ITV panel show Celebrity Juice returns. He will be hosting the new run of the popular show on ITV2 at 10pm on Thursday, March 24.
