SNP depute leader Keith Brown has left the Cabinet after being sacked as Justice Secretary.

Humza Yousaf has not found a place for Brown in his top team.

An SNP source said Brown had "served with distinction" but that Yousaf had wanted his own people in post.

Angela Constance becomes the Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs.
