Keith Barry has revealed it is hard to find guests for his new RTE show.
The magician said he is having trouble finding celebrity guests because they are all away on summer hlidays.
The 42-year-old is back on RTE with his new show The Keith Barry Experience this September.
He said: “I’m friends with a lot of celebrities now but the big deal for me is that it (the show) is produced in the middle of the summer.
“It’s trying to get people onto the show that is proving difficult.
“I’m friends with very big celebrities now but a lot of them are away.”
His new show will run for four weeks with one show per week on RTE.
He believes that this new show will stand out as something he has never done before.
He told the Irish Star: “I would have high expectations for the show. RTE have been brilliant to deal with.
“I think this will be a breakout show for RTE this year in so far as the vibe, the style, the visuals will be fresh and very new and certainly not the style that people will expect it to be.
“I think creatively this will stand out as a show.”
He also mentioned that the celebrity guests he already has booked for the show are worried about what he is planning on doing to them.
He joked that he thinks they are worried he do hypnosis on them.
