Keeping Up with the Kardashians: Kourtney quits show after physical fight with sister Kim

Kourtney Kardashian has quit long-running reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians following a row with her sister Kim.

She officially revealed the news in a reply to an Instagram follower who questioned why she wouldn’t just leave the series despite complaining about the cameras capturing her every move.

“Kourtney just needs to quit the damn show!” the viewer wrote, adding: “I’m over her not wanting to film.”

Kardashian swiftly responded: “I did. Bye.”

She later elaborated, writing: “Took a lot to get there but choose happiness always. It’s easy to forget what really matters. It’s been years of build up.”

Kourtney’s row with Kim, who is married to Kanye West – occurred when her work ethic was called into question.

“I will literally f*** you up if you mention it again. Shut the f*** up and don’t laugh like that,” she exclaimed as other sister Khloe was forced to pull them apart.

In the same episode, Kourtney can be heard saying she found a memorial she attended with her family even more “miserable” as there was a television crew present.

“I don’t like being a celebrity,” she says, later announcing: “I’m taking a break from the show. Now I can focus on me and plan my time of being a mum.”

She tells the camera: “I want to be fulfilled and happy – life is too short.”

Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which began in 2007, airs in the UK on the E! network.
