One Canberra business is meeting a very specific need during the coronavirus pandemic - how to get rid of confidential documents while you're working from home, and how to do it in an environmentally-friendly way.

Send and Shred CEO Jo Clay said thieves targetted confidential papers in garbage bins to aid identity theft. Shredded paper also went to landfill.
Her business was set up to fill the gap.
"Customers buy a shred bag online for $24.95, fill it with papers and lodge it in any post office, anywhere in Australia. We track, shred and recycle it for them," she said.
Ms Clay said there was a secure blue bin at many offices for confidential papers, but none at home.
She knew many businesses were suffering as a result of coronavirus. Send and Shed had been more fortunate.
"As an e-commerce business, we're well suited to current conditions," she said.
"Customers order online. They don't leave the house. We deliver to letterboxes, no contact required.
"Once they've filled their Send and Shred bag, customers can either safely store it at home or lodge it in any post office.
"We track, shred and recycle it and issue an online destruction certificate. This provides peace of mind to customers, companies and clients.
"The only real change is a delay in delivery times. Australia Post are providing a great service but they have a lot more to do. Fortunately, our customers are very understanding given the circumstances."
