Keep, sell or loan? Decide what Sunderland should do with key players this summer

It's all about signings for Sunderland this summer, with Lee Johnson needing to boost his Black Cats squad ahead of their League One campaign.

The Wearsiders released a large chunk of the side who narrowly missed out of the promotion in May, and the next few weeks will need to see plenty of new faces come through the Stadium of Light entrance door.

However, there are those still at the club whose futures need resolving.

Sunderland have offered new contracts to four players - Charlie Wyke, Aiden McGeady, Luke O'Nien and Denver Hume - and hope all will stay on Wearside.

Wyke's future appears to lie elsewhere, with last season's top goalscorer tipped to be heading to Celtic.

However, McGeady is reportedly close to signing a new deal with the Black Cats, while O'Nien and Hume could also stay.

Then there are the group of younger players who could either break into the first team or be sent out on loan.

Elliot Embleton impressed at Blackpool - should he be given a chance in the Sunderland side this coming season?

We want to hear what you would do with the players who may or may not be part of the squad.

Which would you keep, who should Sunderland sell or release, and who would benefit from a loan spell.
