Newcastle United could be set for a major squad overhaul this summer - despite the challenges of an uncertain transfer market.
More than a dozen first-team and fringe players have entered the final year of their respective contracts.
With budgets tightened in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Magpies could look to cash in to raise funds to back Steve Bruce in the market.
It's a strategy United fans would seemingly endorse, with supporters voting to move on five players this summer before their contracts expire.
Fans have called on the club to attempt to sell the likes of Rolando Aarons, Christian Atsu and Henri Saivet - all of who have struggled to make a first-team impression in recent times.
However, supporters were keen to see the bulk of these players renew their deals on Tyneside. Since the vote, the club announced Freddie Woodman had signed a new deal, and will spend next season on loan at Swansea City.
