Keane latest act announced for Scarborough Open Air Theatre summer show

Another massive summer outdoor show has been announced for Scarborough Open Air Theatre.

So far, Lionel Richie, Westlife, Little Mix and McFly have been confirmed to play the popular Yorkshire concert series.

The latest announcement will see Keane return to the venue on Friday, July 17.

Known for songs such as Somewhere Only We Know, Everybody’s Changing and Bedshaped, Keane returned in 2019 following a six-year break with album Cause and Effect.

The Scarborough Open Air Theatre gigs are promoted by Cuffe and Taylor.

Director Peter Taylor said: “As soon as Keane announced last year they were back and ready to take to the stage again we knew we had to bring them to Scarborough OAT.

“This special arena was created for artists like Keane. Their songs are beautiful, anthemic, the soundtrack to many people’s lives over the last 20 years.
