Kcal Kitchen are giving away free lunches this weekend to celebrate their third birthday.
The health restaurant on West Regent Street is handing out their best-selling salt and chilli chicken bowls to the first 250 fans through their door from tomorrow at noon.
These coated chicken strips are served with fresh chillies, pepper and wholegrain rice and pack a whopping 30 grams of protein. The dish is normally priced at £8.95.

All they're asking is that you take a photo of it with the caption “HAPPY BIRTHDAY @KCALKITCHEN”: It beats handing over money, doesn't it? And you're advised to get down early if you want in on the action.
