Kaye Adam's said her first Strictly Come Dancing performance was "emotionally and mentally challenging."
Hot off her first Strictly appearance, Loose Women's Kaye Adams gave her fellow panellists a rundown of what went into her debut performance.
Coleen Nolan commended Kaye's moves and said she should be proud of how "sexy" she looked, despite knowing she doesn't always feel that way. Admitting it was a struggle, Kaye said: "If you don't dance, like I don't, it's a mental and emotional challenge."

The pressure was lifted with the support of her dance partner, Kai Widdrington, who she credited for doing an amazing job teaching her the steps. She added: "He is such a mature guy, he's 27, but he's been working more or less as a professional from he was ten years of age.
"He's so patient and I was so awkward about it but he's so professional and is about teaching you this skill which he has taken to a world-class level. When you start seeing it like that then you can really focus on it and have the privilege of learning about it from someone who's just so wonderful."
Kaye and Kai hit the dancefloor on Saturday with a rendition of the tango to Abba's Voulez-Vouz. The pair came third from last with a score of 21, just beating Matt Goss and Tony Adams.
