Sky News anchor Kay Burley broadcasted live from Leeds city centre this morning.
The flagship morning news programme is usually hosted in Sky's London studios, but Burley set up stall in Kirkgate Market for a special Brexit day broadcast.
The UK is set to formally leave the European Union at 11pm tonight (Friday) and Burley travelled north to speak to stall holders about how their business could be affected.
Burley also spoke to Michael O'Hare, the chef behind Leeds' Michelin-starred restaurant The Man Behind The Curtain. She even tried her hand at being a butcher and sliced up some pork belly with Kirkgate Market stalwarts Malcolm Leary and Adrian Thorpe.
Just before she went on air at 7am, Burley teased her appearance in Leeds by posting a video from behind the scenes on Twitter.
"Coming up on Kay Burley at Breakfast, we're all set up in Leeds [Kirkgate] Market," she said.
"The traders are doing exactly the same thing. We're going to be chatting to some of them later on today.
"The reason for that is today is, not only the 31st January, it's also Brexit day. [We're] talking about the impact on traders here and people right across the country.
"Michael Gove will be on the programme. In addition to that; coronavirus. Global medical emergency. What does that mean for me and you? Stay tuned."
It is not the first time that Burley has hosted her programme live in Leeds.
In 2018, Sky News broadcast from New Wortley Community Centre as part of a special 'One Day of Crime' coverage.
