Katie Taylor will defend her lightweight titles against Kazakhstan's Firuza Sharipova in Liverpool next month.
The Bray boxer will co-headline the card at the M&S Bank Arena on Saturday, December 11.
Sharipova is the WBA Mandatory Challenger after racking up titles at Super-Featherweight, Lightweight and Super-Lightweight.
The 27-year-old is undefeated in her last 14 professional bouts - mostly in Kazakhstan and Russia - since losing his debut fight in May 2016.
Sharipova has a big following in her native country and could be the final hurdle for Taylor before a showdown with Amanda Serrano next year.
"I'm looking forward to ending the year on a high with another defence of my titles,” said Taylor. “I know there are some huge fights out there for me in 2022 but for now my sole focus is on December 11 and this mandatory defence against Sharipova."
Taylor, with a perfect 19-0 record, is coming off the back of a unanimous point victory over Jennifer Han in September.
The co-headline fight on the Liverpool card sees welterweight Conor Benn taking on former World Champion Chris Algieri.
