Katie Taylor's latest world title defence against Natash Jonas to be shown on Sky Sports Box Office

Katie Taylor's world title defence against Natasha Jonas will be shown live on Sky Sports Box Office on May 1.

The Bray woman puts all of her lightweight titles on the line against the British boxer who she beat on the way to Olympic gold in 2012.

Taking place at the Manchester Arena, the fight will share top billing with the heavyweight clash between Joseph Parker and Derek Chisora.

And fight fans will need to fork out €24.95 to watch the fight on Sky Sports Box Office. It will also be able to watch on the Sky Sports Box Office app and website.

Also on the card will be Dmitry Bivol vs Craig Richards for the WBA Light-Heavyweight Title, the super-middleweight clash between Chris Eubank Jr and Marcus Morrison and Lisburn man James Tennyson's showdown with Jovanni Straffon for the IBO Lightweight Title.

Taylor is the 2/9 favourite with the bookies for the lightweight clash as she bids to extend her unbeaten record in the pro ranks.

Her opponent Jonas retired from amateur boxing before the birth of her daughter Mela, but then turned professional in 2017.

Jonas, 36, won her first six fights in the pro ranks before a shock defeat to Viviane Obenauf in 2018.

But the Liverpool woman has bounced back and came agonisingly close to winning the super-featherweight world title last summer only to draw on the scorecards with Terri Harper.
