Katie Taylor in fighting shape as she shares training video

Katie Taylor looks ready for her mega-fight with Amanda Serrano - whenever it takes place.

The Bray boxer was originally scheduled to face Puerto Rican last month, but the bout was cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic.

It was rescheduled for July 4, but that event has also been postponed, and it could be August at the earliest before the fight takes place.

Taylor has been spending lockdown in Connecticut and shared a video of her working with her coach Ross Enamait on Instagram recently.

The 33-year-old can be seen throwing powerful punches in the video which she commented on saying: "No words just hard work."

Previously speaking about what her plans are for the rest of the year, the 2012 Olympic gold medallist said:  "I’m obviously fighting Amanda Serrano next I hope, there’s talks of me fighting Cecilia Braekhus and obviously the Persoon rematch is very, very important as well.

"I’d be happy to fight those three next, they’re huge fights and I want to be involved in the biggest fights possible.

"These are fights where we’re all still in our prime and that’s what makes these mega-fights feel so special."
