Katie Taylor back in training as she eyes next fight

Katie Taylor is back in training as she eyes her next fight.

The Bray boxer was crowned the undisputed world lightweight champion just last month, but is already preparing for her next challenge.

She jetted off from Dublin last Friday and is back on American soil for her training camp.

She posted on Twitter on Sunday: "Back in training camp tomorrow, ready to set my sights on the next fight. New challenge, new vision, same obsession."

It remains to be seen who Taylor will fight next with a rematch against Delfine Persoon or a bout with Amanda Serrano both possibilities.

Speaking at a SKY VIP exclusive viewing of her documentary 'Katie' last week, Taylor said: "The next fight is going to be maybe around October or November some time. I don't know who that's going to be against.

"I leave that stuff up to Eddie (Hearn) and Brian (Peters) I guess, but I'm happy to fight whoever.

"There's big names being thrown out, the likes of Amanda Serrano as well, a (Delfine) Persoon rematch is very possible but I'm ready for whoever.

"I'm going back to America next week to start training actually so I'm looking forward to the possible rematch with Persoon and whatever else is going to happen."
