Katie Price is said to be worried she's not pregnant despite flying to the Maldives with her boyfriend Carl Woods for a 'baby-making' holiday.
They were away for three weeks but she discovered she hadn't conceived by the time she arrived back in the UK on Friday, it's claimed.
The former glamour model, 42, is already a mum of five but has made no secret about her desire to have more babies with Carl, 31, who she has only been dating since June.
She's now thought to be anxious that it isn't going to happen for them as they reportedly haven't been using contraception for a while.
A source told new! magazine : "She's apparently been off the pill for a long time and, despite their love-making on holiday, she hasn’t fallen pregnant yet.
"It's been seven years since she last conceived, so she's worried about being able to get pregnant. She's worried it may not be straightforward. She's desperate for this baby and to seal the deal with Carl."
Katie is planning to see a fertility expert and has even considered trying IVF, it's claimed.
In her YouTube videos she has been seen taking ovulation tests to maximise her chances of conceiving.
The report also claims that Katie believes that having a child with Carl will mean he will stay with her.

The source added: "Once she's pregnant with Carl's baby, she knows he's not going to go anywhere. I think that's why she's thinking about babies. But on the flip side, she is 42 and was told that if she wants a baby, she needs to get going now. Time isn't her friend."

Katie is already mum to 18-year-old Harvey with her ex-boyfriend Dwight Yorke, and Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, with her first husband Peter Andre.
She shares Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with her most recent husband Kieran Hayler.
