Katie Price will change her name as she weds Carl Woods in lavish Las Vegas ceremony.
It has been confirmed that Katie and her beau Carl Woods have obtained their marriage licence in Las Vegas, with Katie being named on the official documents twice.
The former glamour model is named on the documents twice – one as Katie Price, and the second as Katie Woods – which seems to confirm the speculation that she will in fact be changing her last name.
The marriage licence was uploaded onto Nevada's Clark County Clerk's Office website, it has been confirmed that the pair will be getting hitched.
They are understood to have attended a clerk's office in Nevada to get the ball rolling in order for them to make everything official in a lavish Las Vegas ceremony.
Back in May Katie insisted that she would legally change her surname for the first time when she marries fiancé Carl Woods, and it looks as though she's doing exactly what she wanted.
The TV personality and stunning star had previously kept her maiden name when she got married in the past, so this will be the first time she changes her name.
Katie and Carl jetted off to Vegas earlier this week, which was a surefire way to get rumours circling at 100mph.
This comes as a source told the Mirror: "It's all systems go. Everything is now lined up."
When the pair made their way to Vegas, Katie was seen pushing her luggage - labelled 'Katie Woods' - through the airport.
After boarding the plane, it was reported that Katie was asked to leave a plane for refusing to wear a mask.
A woman who was on a flight from New York to Las Vegas claims Katie and Carl were asked to leave the flight because the former glamour model wouldn't wear a mask despite being asked repeatedly by staff to put one on.
The former glamour model got engaged for the eighth time in April after falling head over heels in love with Carl.
But Katie has had three failed marriages in the past. She was wed to: Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler – but she didn't take any of their last names, instead keeping her maiden name.
So it seems that Carl must be one special fella.
Katie has previously told the Mirror that she would take Carl's name when she marries him, something she didn't do with previous husbands Peter, Alex and Kieran.
She told us previously: "I'm happy, I've moved on, there's loads of Mr Price wannabes out there but the truth of it is, I’m not even going to be a Price, I'm going to be a Woods.
"And I've never ever changed my name or my surname for a reason, because there's obviously been something.
"I've never bought a house with anyone, a car, but with Carl, I've moved into his house and I would buy a house with him, I'd do anything with him and I'd change my surname to Woods - I've never done that."
