Katie Price warned more cosmetic surgery may kill her after getting biggest boob job yet

Nicola McLean plans to warn Katie Price 'to her face' to stop going under the knife.

The former Page 3 model, 41, muses how mum-of-five Katie, 44, was once Britain's answer to Pamela Anderson, but these days needs to stop getting additional cosmetic surgical procedures and tweakments.

Nicola - who like Katie made her name as a glamour model - admits her peer looks 'unbelievable' but worries no-one close to the star is stopping her going too far in her never-ending bid for perfection.

The former I'm a Celebrity star's comments come as Katie unveils her biggest boob job yet, amid fears more cosmetic surgery 'could kill her'.

Katie headed out to Thailand recently with her fiancé Carl Woods, 33, and showed off her ample chest in a variety of skimpy bikinis during her latest getaway with her husband-to-be.

But despite looking loved-up throughout their break in Southeast Asian country, it's reported former Love Island contestant Carl isn't too happy with Katie's ongoing love affair with cosmetic surgery.

"Katie is obsessed with getting surgery and is constantly trying to change things about her body in order to feel accepted. The risks of surgery increase each time and with age – and Katie is at high risk," a source recently claimed to OK! magazine.

They added: "Carl is quite shocked and terrified for Katie. Each time Katie gets surgery, she’s in horrific pain and this is extremely uncomfortable for Carl to watch."

The source also noted how Carl has "never liked the thought of Katie getting surgery" and the idea of her going under the knife again really scares him.

Pal Nicola seemingly agrees with Carl when it comes to Katie's love of plastic surgery.

"My personal opinion is, and I don’t know what her family thinks, but I've said before Kate was our British Pamela Anderson she was unbelievable," Nicola began during a Daily Star Instagram Live chat on Monday.

She added: "She needs to stop getting work done and I’d tell her that to her face. She needs to stop. She is already unbelievable but it’s her choice and people are allowed their choice."

Since becoming a household name as a glamour model in the 90s, Katie's brand has become synonymous with plastic surgery.

Starting with a boob job at the tender age of 18 to kick-start of her career as alter-ego Jordan, the British star has spent thousands of pounds going under the knife with multiple surgeries in a bid to defy her years.

Despite undergoing over a dozen breast augmentations, enduring liposuction treatments, face lifts and much more, Katie doesn't appear to be quitting going under the knife as she grows older.

A cosmetic doctor, Dr Aamer Khan, shared the complications that she could suffer if she gets any additional surgeries and warned: "There are risks associated with repeated general anaesthesia.

"The more general anaesthetics you have, the more you’re exposing yourself to the risks – which include death."

The medic added: "The other risks are associated with surgery itself. Surgery is such a traumatic procedure. The more surgery you have, the more scars you have. So you’re building up the scar tissue and then things can start to go wrong."
