Katie Price enjoyed spending the night at her former fiance Kris Boyson's house this week, which resulted in her unfollowing new toyboy Charles on Instagram.
The former glamour model, 41, made the move after the builder refused to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement to prevent him from spilling her secrets.
It comes after a furious Katie confiscated his phone to stop him chatting to his mates about their relationship.
The Sun Online was told: "Katie's taken Charles' phone off him and ordered him a new SIM card, which hasn't arrived yet.
"She's had bad experiences in the past and doesn't want his mates gossiping about her if he tells them any information about the relationship."
The source also revealed that she was letting him message friends through Instagram on his iPad, but he couldn't post to social media, although he broke that rule when he posted a selfie.
Charles is said to be fuming that Katie used him to sort out her mucky mansion before running back to her ex Kris.
A source told The Sun: "Katie wanted Charles to come to the house and talk things out - she's been begging him not to leave and to take her back.
"But he's still fuming over her cheating on him and embarrassing him so told her he's not interested."
That's when Katie then asked her toyboy to sign the NDA so he wouldn't speak publicly about their romance, but he thought she was outrageous, especially as she unfollowed him on Insta.
But the source said "he doesn't care" and "it's over".
Pricey first met hunky Charles on Instagram , and he joined her for a boozy holiday in Turkey last month - while she was still with fiance Kris.
Sources claim that the pair spent a night together in a hotel in August before she had him fly out to the country while she went for check-ups for recent surgeries.
