Sharing before and after snaps on Instagram Katie gushed: "I am so happy with my fox eyes, subtle cheek lift and small lip lift."

She added: "I look more fresh and I love it."

In another Instagram post she penned: "Omg I’m soo happy with my face surgery."

"You just don’t look like you anymore," one follower told her.

"Doesn't look like you," said another.

And another told her she looks "20 years old."

Katie, 43, appeared on Good Morning Britain on Friday to talk about jetting abroad to go under the knife.

Katie explained that she'd had a lip and eye lift, full-body liposuction and fat injected into her bum.

Speaking to Kate Garraway and Alastair Campbell she said she decided to get the surgery after putting on weight as a result of breaking both her feet on holiday last year and having to learn to walk again.

Katie was quizzed on her decision to go to red-list Turkey for the procedures and insisted she "followed protocol."

"I'm working, doing my YouTube," she explained. "I had two Covid jabs, did all my PCR tests, you have to follow protocol.

"I knew going to a red country I'd literally be in hospital, then we flew to an amber country and stayed in a villa in the middle of the hills away from everyone, then came home."

Katie explained how she visited places in London who suggested different procedures before deciding on Turkey.

Explaining earlier why she'd had the surgery, Katie said: "I broke my feet last year, before that I used to go running to keep fit, ride the horses.

"I can never run again, it has changed my life. I was in a wheelchair for months, I had to learn to walk again.

"Being in a wheelchair, I put on loads of weight.

"For me, I'm not used to that unless I am pregnant!"

She added: "Putting on weight, this just isn't me, I hated it. "Clothes don't fit, then I took my extensions out to let myself breathe and noticed my face.

"You start noticing things!"
