Katie Price and Peter Andre may have been broken up for a decade, but she's apparently the only one he needs.
It's claimed that the mum-of-five, 41, was shocked when Pete, 45, opened up about suffering suicidal thoughts and depression last month.
She allegedly thinks that she knows her ex husband better than anyone and is the only person who can help him cope — even above his wife Emily, 29, who just so happens to be a trained doctor.
A source told Closer: "Some friends may think she's deluded, but she's insisting that, while Emily's a doctor, he may not want to talk to her about certain things, like their relationship.
"She's adamant she's the only person who can help."
The insider also claimed that Katie has recommended rehab to him as it's worked for her in the past.
They continued: "After everything she's been through, she's always seen herself as a bit of a life guru.
"Katie sent him a heartfelt message saying she'd like to help, advising him to consider a rehab stint, saying it helped clear her thoughts."
Pete recently revealed he has been on and off medication and in and out of therapy for almost 20 years and says that his panic attacks have only stopped recently.
And he admitted he found himself in a dark place at times.
He said: "I got to some very dark points where I remember praying to God, please get me through this day, just to get through one more day. That’s how bad it got."
