Katie Price is sadly surrounded by opportunists who are using her for cash and fame, her former agent revealed.
It's claimed the mother-of-five has been the target of users who intend to capitalise on their relationship with her for their own financial gain.
PR powerhouse Rob Cooper said he ended his working relationship with the businesswoman, 41, because of the "infectious" people crowding her circle.
Katie has had a turbulent time lately after breaking up with Kris Boyson, having a brief romantic dalliance with Charles Drury and coming under scrutiny for her latest catalogue of surgery.
But the celeb PR, who has grown close to Katie, expressed great feeling for the reality star as he said she was one of the most "incredible" people he has worked with over the years.
In a statement, he wrote: "Over the weekend I made the hard decision to end my working relationship with Katie Price .
"I can wholeheartedly say that Katie is one of the most incredible people I've worked with over the years but unfortunately there are too many opportunists surrounding her for their own financial gain.
"Whilst these people are embedded like the infection that they've become..."
Rob revealed he would be there for Katie if she ever needed a friend to listen.
He went on: "There's very little I can do to help other than offer a friendly ear at the other end of the phone should she ever need it.
"I genuinely wish Kate all the best for the future. Never under estimate the Pricey!"
The PR guru announced the news to his 3,500 followers on social media with the message.
During his time with Katie, he has shared a number of selfies which showcase their close working relationship as the pair became good friends in the short time they worked together.
It is not yet known who will fill Rob's job.
