Katie Price stunned as son Harvey trends on Twitter because of cruel trolls

Katie Price has shared her devastation after her son Harvey began trending on Twitter after cruel trolling.

The mum-of-five had hoped her son was trending because of his recent charity work but was saddened to see it was down to people mocking him instead.

Harvey is Katie's oldest child and was born in 2002.

His father is former Manchester United footballer Dwight Yorke.

Harvey, who is nearly 18, was born blind and is on the autistic spectrum, and also lives with Prader-Willi syndrome.

He has recently raised a whopping £12,000 for the NHS Charity by designing and selling T-shirts himself, reports The Mirror.

Katie, 41, has long been campaigning for Harvey's Law to tackle online bullying by making it an offence.

She tweeted: "Saw Harvey Price was trending and thought perhaps people were praising him for his great efforts in raising money for @NHSCharities & @CavellTrust.

"Sadly not. #HarveysLaw".

One fan reassured Katie: " @KatiePrice  is a fantastic mum to Harvey and Harvey is a credit to her and himself! Be proud Katie. XX".

Another said: "Keep strong Katie all good people are with you and Harvey x".

A third added: "Well let’s get him trending for the right reasons Kate... Harvey is an awesome young dude and you are right to be so proud of him".

Katie has previously named and shamed trolls on her social media for their vile messages about Harvey.

But she has also offered to meet with them in a brave bid to understand them and help them see the effect their cruel words have.
