Katie Price slams mum-shamers who criticise her for posting kids on social media

Katie Price has refused to let mum-shamers get away with being critical of her kids being on social media.

The former glamour model and mum-of-five, 44, is a regular poster on Instagram and often shares snaps of her kids.

She is often targeted by unhappy fans telling her to cut back on publicising their life, but she is in no mood to change her ways.

The latest post getting criticised is a snap of daughter Bunny, 8, who could be seen with a full face of make-up. The youngster flashed a broad smile while she showed off her new look.

She was wearing red lipstick and mascara for the pic, while also wearing a pink coat design from Katie's KP Equestrian line.

Katie captioned the post: "Bunny looking gorgeous in her KP Equestrian dark pink polo top & lightweight blouson jacket."

It prompted a number of disgruntled fans to voice their own opinions in the comments section. One user wrote: "Does she need a full face of make-up though?"

Another said: "Keep the bunny in make up photos private," while a third asked: "Why a full face of make up? She's a child and red lippy as well."

However, not all fans took offence to the image, with one responding: "I have 3 daughters and all 3 of them would love putting makeup on at this age! It’s just harmless fun!"

Another added: "Mate why is everyone being a Karen about a child wearing some make up get over yourself."

Hitting back at the criticism herself, Katie replied: "This is Bunny putting her own makeup on one day after school. She loves doing it."

Katie has since defiantly revealed she will parent her kids her way, no matter what people say.

Speaking to The Sunday Times Magazine, the star said: "I’ve got five kids, I’ve got animals, I’ve got a house to run, I’m the breadwinner and I just do it by myself.

"I wouldn’t have it any other way. You don’t have kids to pass them off to nannies, you don’t have kids to put them in boarding school. If you’re going to have kids, then you involve them in your life."
