Katie has been spurred on to take a different direction in life following her harsh challenges on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

The experience has stayed with the former glamour model as she returned to normality as she knows it - her five kids, her ex-boyfriends and husbands, her Sussex home and the TV cameras rolling.

"I learnt alot about who I am and where I am going in life now." She said.

"You don’t come back from filming a show like this and just wash it off.  It stays with you.

"Life is one big challenge and I want the world to be a better place for everyone."

Katie gave it her best shot but she had to pull out of the TV show after 48 hours.

Many positive changes have been made to her life since her military experience.

The My Crazy Life's main star has been going to great efforts to thank the hard work of the NHS with her eldest son Harvey.

Katie has also enlisted the help of a hunky personal trainer to keep herself in shape.
