Katie Price thought she would 'die' on the operating table after her latest cosmetic surgeries left her looking 'like a monster'.
The former glamour model had a Brazilian bum lift along with lifts on her lips and eyes, as well as full-body liposuction.
She admitted feeling 'terrified' about how she would look following the latest string of procedures.
Katie revealed: "Honestly, I've gone to hell and back, it was horrific - 'Oh my God I look like a monster out of a horror movie'.
"I just thought, 'This is it, I'm going to die'. I was terrified of looking like a freak."
The 43-year-old continued to The Sun : "I've woken up with holes and stitches all over my body. I look like I've got cat's whiskers coming out of my nose and eyes. But I just want the old Katie back!"
Katie went through the surgery around three weeks ago in Turkey and has been recovering be she returns to the UK to quarantine.
The star insisted she went through the procedure as she wanted to look 'fresher' after putting on weight during lockdown.
Her fiancé Carl Woods was worried about her following the surgery as he thought she was dead due to all the fresh stitches, tubes, and swelling.
However, the star wanted to feel like her old self and was happy with the decision to go under the knife for the umpteenth time.
The mother-of-five- first went under the knife when she was 18, where she had a boob job to go from a B cup to a C cup.
That same year, in 1998, she also had her first liposuction.
A year later, Katie decided to have to more boob jobs - with one taking her to a D cup and then the second taking her to an F cup.

It was then in 2006 that the star decided to have another surgery to take her boobs up to a G cup.
The former model is no stranger to surgery and even had a rhinoplasty and veneers on her teeth in 2007.
Over the years, Katie reduced her breast size, increased them again, underwent body-contouring treatment and got cheek and lip fillers.
However, an infection meant Katie had to get her breast implants removed but decided a year or so later to get bigger breasts again.
Katie has had multiple facelifts, and in 2017, got her eighth boob job to take her to a GG cup.
In 2019, Katie flew off to Turkey to get a face, eye and eyelid lift, Brazilian bum lift along with a tummy tuck.
