Katie Price's toyboy ex Charles Drury threatens to sue after bankruptcy

Katie Price has landed herself in hot water again following yesterday's bankruptcy as toyboy ex Charles Drury is threatening to sue her.

The former glamour model, 41, and builder Charles, 22, are at war again.

This time Katie is facing more legal drama after sources told The Sun her ex boyfriend sent the TV star a legal warning after discovering that she "slags him off" in new episodes of her reality show My Crazy Life.

Talking about the moment Charles found out, the source said: "Charles was furious when he heard she'd been talking badly about him in the show.

"He’s worried she'll slam his work as a builder – and as a boyfriend."

With the support of his new management team, Charles can take action against his ex if his name is brought up in a negative way.

The builder - who rose to fame following their short fling - admitted he will be watching the show when it airs on December 8 to see if she bad-mouths him.

In the trailer for her upcoming show, Katie is seen guiding her friend around her mucky mansion and complaining about an unnamed builder who has "let her down".

Katie was declared bankrupt yesterday after failing to pay back thousands of pounds in debt.

The mum of five now risks losing her mucky mansion after being told she's no longer solvent.

Price was declared bankrupt at a London court, having blown her entire £45million fortune over the years.

But she didn't bother turning up in person - nor did she send a lawyer to fight her corner.

JMW Solicitors, who represented the insolvency practitioner overseeing Price's IVA, said: "She hasn't acknowledged the petition."

She had submitted a payment plan in the form of an Individual Voluntary Agreement late last year to manage repayments of an estimated £250,000 of debt.

But Katie was unable to meet her creditors' demands and couldn't pay back the six-figure amount in time.

A representative for Charles has been contacted by Mirror Online for comment.
