Harvey Price spent his fourth night in hospital alone as strict coronavirus guidelines mean his mum Katie Price cannot stay with him.
Due to visiting restrictions amid the pandemic, the former glamour model, 42, has been forced to leave her son alone at the medical unit overnight.
Her eldest son, 18, has been in the safe hands of doctors at Espson hospital in Surrey since he was rushed there on Sunday after suffering from breathing problems.
The website for the hospital states that they have reintroduced visiting for patients but strict rules must be adhered to.
Visitors must only visit during the allocated hours, refrain from sitting on beds and face masks must be worn at all times.
The hospital states: "Exceptional circumstances will be considered by the Ward Sister, Charge Nurse or Matron."
Over the weekend, Harvey was taken into intensive care with a soaring temperature, and believed to be at risk of organ failure, with doctors warning the next 48 hours would be "critical".
Katie's eldest has Prader-Willi Syndrome, is autistic and partially blind.
The reality star has been keeping fans updated with Harvey's progress and on Tuesday evening the mum of five announced on Instagram : "Hey everyone thank you again for your messages means a lot to me.
"I've left the hospital for the evening and can confirm Harvey is still in intensive care and medical condition remains complex.
"I love him so much, he is so brave and a fighter."
The day before she shared that Harvey is "now more comfortable" in intensive care, and that she's able to FaceTime him and has let him know how much support he has.
It's believed Harvey does not have coronavirus but has to remain in hospital because of his condition.
Kate is reportedly "furious" with her ex Dwight Yorke after he allegedly failed to get in touch to check on their son Harvey as he remains unwell.
A source told The Sun that Dwight - who Harvey hasn't seen since he was a toddler - is "just ignoring the whole situation".
They added that Dwight "found the time to call into TalkSport" radio station - which they say has added insult to injury for worried mum Katie.
"It's very upsetting for Katie," they said.
"She's not happy."
