Katie Price's son Harvey speaks for the first time since being discharged from intensive care

Katie Price’s son Harvey has spoken for the first time since he was discharged from an intensive care unit earlier this week.

The 18-year-old, who has numerous medical conditions, was raced to hospital last weekend with breathing problems and a fever.

He was moved out of intensive care on Friday, but he remains in hospital as he continues his recovery.

Harvey and his mum Katie have spoken together during a cute video uploaded on the former model’s Instagram.

She has been continuously updating her fans on his condition regularly despite being unable to stay by his bedside due to coronavirus restrictions.

In her latest clip, Katie asks Harvey: “What do you want to say to people giving you lovely messages?”

He responded: “Thank you.”

When she asked how Harvey was feeling, he said: “Better. Thank you everyone.”

Katie has continued to see her son every day and plans to be back at the hospital on Sunday.

In the clip, Katie said: "Mummy can't stay."

Harvey added: "No."

Katie said: "When's mummy coming back?"

He responded: “Tomorrow."

Harvey - who has Prader-Willi syndrome and partial blindness - was also raced hospital during his sister Princess’ 13th birthday party just weeks ago.

The teenager was discharged from hospital the same day following tests.

He was tested for coronavirus during his second hospital scare, but the results came back negative.
