Katie Price's son Harvey lands TV show about trains after documentary success

Katie Price's son Harvey has landed himself an eight-part series about trains with the BBC.

The former glamour model, 43, revealed that the possible series could be starring him and his friend Zack.

Katie has no interest in trains or automobiles herself, but will do whatever makes Harvey and his pal happy.

"On the back of it, the BBC have offered Harvey and his friend Zack an 8-part series on trains and automobiles," she told Community Living magazine.

"There will be some gorgeous trains like the Bluebell Railway. I am not interested in bloody trains.

"Me and Jeanette (Zack’s mum) will be sitting there having our tea and sandwiches saying ‘what are we bloody doing here on a train station?’ But, as long as they are happy, that’s what matters.”

This new opportunity isn't the first time Harvey appeared on TV, as the 19-year-old previously starred on the same channel for a documentary called Katie Price : Harvey and Me.

It was highly praised by fans as the former glamour model gave a personal insight into their life together.

In the documentary, Katie was filmed taking Harvey, who has a range of disabilities including Prader-Willi Syndrome, autism and partial blindness, to hospital appointments.

They were also seen searching for a residential college he would move into when he turned 19.

And after the documentary aired, sources revealed that BBC bosses hoped to make a new series to 'raise awareness'.

A source told The Sun in March: "The plan is to follow the friends and film their experiences together.

"It will also raise awareness and give hope to kids with disabilities. It's a positive and inclusive move. They get on really well together and enjoy being on camera."

Viewers campaigned for Harvey to have a go at announcing trains and firms even offered the star tickets to go wherever he wanted with Zack.

They both proved to be a hit with viewers as they shared their love for trains.
