The 40-year-old glamour model is well known for her love of going under the knife - with the fact she has endured breast enhancements and reductions, face lifts, and tummy tucks making headlines for years.
Last month, the TV star underwent a Brazilian bumlift, liposuction and a face lift in Turkey - the scars of which could be seen by all as she stripped down and relaxed by a swimming pool in the East European country.

Scars and knife marks could be seen all over the body of the mum-of-five weeks after she underwent the range of procedures.
Long scars could be seen down the side of her stomach after she endured liposuction - while her belly button showed signs that is could have been re-constructed after going under the knife.
Smaller incision points could be seen under her buttocks which gave away the fact she had endured a bumlift as well as she stretched and posed by the pool.

And a fuller pout suggests Katie has undergone more filler to give her lips a more plump appearance.
Katie was spotted soaking up the sun weeks after her procedures as she returned to Turkey with on-off boyfriend Kris Boyson who is believed to have traveled with the TV babe to undergo a procedure on his teeth.
While the star herself recently opened up about her most recent surgeries during an appearance on Good Morning Britain.
"Recently, ten days ago, I had liposuction from here up to here [from knees to my waist], all the way up my back,” she said on the early morning TV show.

"I had my own fat put in my bum, you can call it a Brazilian bum lift but I haven’t had implants and I haven’t gone that big,” she insisted.
"The face where I look like a space invader, because it’s still really swollen. I do look a bit different. I had my own fat put under my eye,” she added.
Having since returned to the UK, Katie has been praising her on-off boyfriend Kris for the way he looks after her children, writing on Instagram he has been "so good" with eldest child, Harvey.
