Katie Price 's boyfriend Carl Woods branded one of his followers "unattractive" and "gross" in online row after she declared she wasn't a fan of his new teeth.
Former Love Island star Carl, 31, posted a picture of his new smile showing off the veneers he had done on his recent trip to Turkey.
A number of fans commented on the post, but Carl took exception when one declared she didn't like the way veneers are fitted.
She wrote: "Is it just me that find these veneers SO unattractive ?
"It’s like you just know that there’s the real teeth underneath that are all filed down and gross."
Carl snapped back at her by telling 72,000 followers: "I just find that YOU ARE SO unattractive in general and gross..."
The comment enraged many followers who branded Carl a "troll" for making such personal comments.
One wrote: "You can’t call people unattractive and gross.
"This is trolling and online bullying. Just because someone dislikes the picture of you with your false teeth in.
"You seem to forget about Harvey’s law that is promoted by @katieprice."
Another commented: "How rude and personal you are. Seeing yours comments think I got you totally wrong. Feel worried about Katie. Get the feeling your a proper wrong n."
Another fan asked who paid for him to get his teeth done, and he snapped back writing: "Me.... you should DEFINITELY invest in your teeth."
Others chimed in calling his response "harsh" with another adding: "That's horrible."
After one more follower declared they didn't like Carl's new look, the car salesman wrote: "Seen the state of your teeth? Now they really do look absolutely ridiculous."
Former glamour model Katie has been campaigning for new legislation to crack down on online trolling after her disabled son Harvey was targeted.
She has asked for online abuse to be criminalised with trolls facing prosecution.
Carl went public with his romance with Katie over the summer, and recently jetted off to Turkey with her and her kids where they both got their teeth done.
Katie has declared she's smitten with the former reality TV star and applauded him for supporting her after she broke bones in both her feet during the trip.
