Katie Price has been issued an ultimatum by her children.
The former Page 3 icon, 42, checked into The Priory in September 2018 and spent 28 days in the facility after deciding to receive professional help after depending on cocaine to numb the pain of her problems.
And mother-of-five Katie has shared that following her rehab stint and her journey to sobriety that her kids have warned her that if she ever turns to the drug again that they will cut her out of their lives.
Reflecting on the stark warning, Katie told how her children did not understand that she turned to cocaine to "block things out" but that she knew she had to tell them the truth.
Katie says that after speaking to her brood - in particular son Junior and daughter Princess, who she shares with ex-husband Peter Andre - and explaining that she relied on drugs to lift her mood during times of distress, that they told her that if she returned to taking drugs that she will lose them.

"My kids thought I had lost the plot and was partying," the glamour model told The Sun.
"They didn’t realise it was me breaking down trying to block things out - they needed to know the truth.
"All the kids say that I am so much better now. But they say, ‘mum if you ever get back to how you were, we are never going to speak to you again.'"
Katie added that she let her children know they "never have to worry" as she promises to never use cocaine again.

The surgically enhanced bombshell added that she is now able to speak openly to her children about her mental health and explain to them that her cocaine habit was "to block things out" as she "couldn’t see any light at the end of the tunnel."
Katie is now clean and sober and says she is willing to take drug tests to prove her sobriety - if needed.
In January, Katie gave a frank interview with The Times and told that she had penned a "goodbye letter to cocaine" as part of her therapy.
