Carl Woods "bailed" on getting plastic surgery, despite his fiancé Katie Price's love for going under the knife.
The Love Island star admitted he had decided to cancel a planned operation, as he discussed his wife-to-be's decision to have another round of surgery - including a face lift and full body liposuction.
Whilst Carl admits he isn't where he wants to be with his body at the moment, he decided to cancel his operation and would prefer to exercise and diet and do things the "hard way".
Appearing in a video about Katie's surgery on her official YouTube account, Carl said: "Basically, I've contemplated it all morning. I'm not in this surgery world so I'm not used to it.

"I used to be in good shape when I was going to the gym. Obviously, I've not seen the gym in a year now because I've been trying to keep my business alive, daily stresses and stuff like that and Covid.
"I've not been working out so I've been looking at myself and thinking, 'Ah this is not you.' So I got sold into the quick fix."
Whilst Carl was initially taken in by the idea of a "quick fix", he admitted it just isn't the way he wants to do it.
"But when I sit there and contemplate it, I mean Kate loves it and that's great for her, but for me, I'm just not - that ain't the man that I am," he explained.
"I'm not into cosmetic surgery, I'm just going to go back home, work out, diet and do it the hard way.
"I bailed on it, I didn't do it in the end."
Katie had previously admitted she was worried Carl would leave her after she had her operation.
She told The Sun : "He said, ‘I love you how you are. I wouldn’t be marrying you otherwise.'
"Poor Carl said it was the worst thing he’d ever seen - he thought I was dead - he said it was like watching a piece of meat being carved up.

"I’d do it again. Maybe in five to ten years."
The pair are still strong though and plan to get married soon and Katie has vowed that it will be a special wedding that "no one has ever done before".
Katie told The Mirror : "Put it this way, the wedding that I want, if you Googled it, no one has ever done it before.
"No wall-to-wall celeb faces. It’ll be about us, Carl and our family, coming together as one. I want the focus on Carl as much as me."
