Katie Price has admitted her ex husband Peter Andre called her to offer his help after hearing she was declared bankrupt.
In an upcoming episode of My Crazy Life, an upset Katie rings her mum for support after learning of the bankruptcy and blurted about the surprise phone call.
The former glamour model, 41, asked her mum: "Who do you reckon rang me?
"Pete rang me saying, 'Hi, I'm really sorry, I just had a notification and heard the news, I don't like to see you like this'."
Katie shares two children with Peter - son Junior and daughter Princess.
The pair split in 2009, but Pete recently spoke of his ex: "She is the mother of my children so will always wish her nothing but the best."
On the show, Katie talked about the bankruptcy situation, saying: "Over the past year I have been trying to make regularly payments. The monthly payment thing wasn't working for me so now today the HMRC are going to declare me bankrupt.
"With Christmas around the corner I need to speak to my mum to clear my head."
While her mum responded: "I think it's sad because you tried your hardest to pay people off and you couldn't do it. I am pleased it's closure for you really."
After the phone call, Katie looked worried despite reassuring her mum she was relieved.
She confessed: "I am gutted because I have worked so hard. It's a s**t day and a s**t moment."
Pete asked Katie to marry him in 2004 after the pair met on I'm A Celebrity and the couple married in September 2005, before splitting in 2009.
