Katie Price's ex Kris Boyson says he wants to go on Strictly Come Dancing

Having dated one of Britain's most talked about celebrities Kris Boyson would be hot property for any reality TV show but the fitness instructor says Strictly Come Dancing is at the top of his list.

The ex-boyfriend of Katie Price says he's been offered a number of reality programmes over the years but there is one in particular he'd jump at the chance to do.

Speaking to the Mirror at the National Reality TV Awards Kris said excitedly: ""I would love to do Strictly! I've got two left feet but I'll give it a go."

Explaining what attracted him to the star-studded BBC show the 31-year-old joked: "I want to get all tanned up and wear those tight little outfits they make you wear."

Kris shot to fame after dating Katie Price for two years and says he's been offered to take part in several reality TV programmes, including Ex On The Beach.

Revealing that he was currently "completely single" Kris admitted that he was thinking about appearing on the explosive dating show and when asked whether he thought Katie Price would make an appearance he said his ex-girlfriend was "capable of anything".

On July 25, 2019, Katie revealed that she was engaged to Kris live on Loose Women.

She told the talk show: "Kris bought the ring for that finger, so there you go, I’ve got love in my life.

"I've got the man. I'm happy."

However the happiness didn't last and despite Kris appearing on Katie's own reality show the couple split in November 2019 amid allegations the former glamour model had cheated.

Kris told the Mirror at the awards ceremony that he was a "huge advocate of mental health" and that anyone who signs up for a reality TV show needs to prepare themselves for the "consequences".

"Reality TV shows are doing a lot for people that appear on them including the amount of pysch[iatric] testing you have to go through nowadays," he said.

"The problem is that you've got a lot of reality stars who do these shows and think they're going to be the next big thing.

"They'll quit their jobs, go on a show and when they end up coming off the high from them they're not earning any money so they need to set themselves up before they go on these shows.

"I'm quite hard-faced. You know what you're getting yourself into so be ready to take the consequences and the grief that you're going to get because you get a lot of grief."

Despite the "grief' he would undoubtedly get another reality TV show Kris would love to do is I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

Revealing that he likes a "challenge" he mused: "I'd love to do the jungle... in fact I'd probably pay to do it!"

From dancing to dating whichever TV show Kris chooses to take part in he's sure to get a reality check.
