And her ex husband Kieran Hayler is having the last laugh by showing off the results of his gruelling workouts.
The former stripper, 32, took to Instagram to posed a topless snap, showing off his beefy new muscles.
He posed in a pair of white pants and pulled his best blue steel, adding a flattering black and white filter on top.
Kieran, who shares Jett, six, and Bunny, five, with Katie was clearly thrilled with his toned up bod.
He captioned the post: "With hard work and determination you can reach your goals!"
Clearly feeling pretty smug, he posted the hashtag #fitnessmotivation.
And his 109,000 were clearly delighted with the snap.

This week Kieran broke his silence about Katie's new relationship with Charlie.
Last month they jetted off to Turkey after she sensationally dumpd fiance Kris.
The trip to Turkey meant Jett and Bunny missed their first day back at school.
Kieran told new! magazine: "Katie's obviously not going to talk to me [about Charlie]. I don't think anyone knows what the truth is apart from those two.
"All [Jett and Bunny] have said is that they had a great time. They raved about it and that made me think they were unaffected by who was there and what went down, which is all I can ask for."
