Katie Price' s boyfriend Carl Woods was rushed to hospital last night after he broke his hand in a freak accident at home.
Carl, 32, has confirmed he's broken three bones and now has a plaster cast on his arm.
According to The Sun, the accident happened when he accidentally dropped a dumbbell on himself.
A source told the publication: "Carl has broken three bones in his hand and has had to have his whole arm put into plaster and is now facing an operation to get it fixed.
"He's in absolute agony and spent hours at the hospital getting X rays and everything put back into place."
Carl has since been pictured outside the hospital with a cast on his arm and he shared a video on Instagram in which he showed his injury to Katie's son Harvey.
The teenager was heard telling Carl: "Sore arm... get better soon Carl Woods. Yeah it's bad isn't it Carl... be better, keep brave, Carl."
Katie told him: "It's like mummy's feet - he's broken it," and Carl added: "I've broken it in three places."
The accident comes after Katie previously broke both of her feet on holiday in Turkey last year.
She's undergone several surgeries and is still struggling to get around as she often has to use a wheelchair.
Katie has been relying on Carl for help and the insider claimed having Carl out of action too is going to put them in a difficult position.
She recently opened up about her injuries during an appearance on Jeremy Vine's Channel 5 show, admitting it will affect her for the rest of her life.
Katie said: "It's life-changing injuries which I've had. I struggled to walk. It will be like it forever.
"I smashed my feet to bits. I've got screws in them now and metal plates....
"So I'm only on my feet for about 20 minutes a day and that’s me done for the day.
"It is life changing... I needed a carer as well as being the carer. You just couldn’t make it up."
Katie was on holiday in Turkey with her boyfriend Carl and children Princess and Junior when she suffered the accident at a theme park.
Explaining what happened, Katie told Jeremy: "Literally I jumped a small wall when we were all mucking about and I didn't realise it was a 20-foot drop the other side."
Katie came crashing down on both feet and had to be rushed to hospital.
She has since undergone several surgeries and still needs regular check-ups.
