Katie Price's future husband Carl Woods is splashing out £800,000 on a lavish five bed home in Essex for them to live with her kids until the work on her 'mucky' mansion is completed.
Car dealer Carl, 32, only wants the best for his bride-to-be and is pulling out all the stops to ensure they are living very comfortably while they wait for the refurbishments.
Katie , 42, previously revealed she's planning on moving back to the notorious 'mucky' mansion with her children once it has been transformed, despite admitting they hate it there.
In the mean time, the blended family are set to take up temporary residence in a stunning Essex property that Carl is hoping to make a tidy profit from in the future.

A source told The Sun: "Carl is buying the house with a view to renting it out in the future, but while the work is being done on Katie's £2m Mucky Mansion the family will be staying there.
"He's put in an offer and is hopeful it'll be accepted."
The impressive property comes complete with three reception rooms, five bedrooms and two bathrooms - including an en suite off the master bedroom.

Residents can also enjoy some stunning views of farmland, perfect for animal lover Katie.
The planned move comes after Carl sold up his bachelor pad in Essex, which was put on the market for a reported £445,000.
After the couple announced their engagement this month, Katie admitted what attracted her most to Carl was the fact he earns his own money.

In a dig at some of her past partners, the eight times engaged ex glamour model said: "I didn’t have to buy my own ring this time!
"It was made from scratch and came out of his own money.
"He designed it – it’s really special. It’s like a fairy-tale ring and massive.
"It’s like something out of Hollywood. It’s more than I could dream of."

The My Crazy Life star has been married and divorced three times with her ex husbands including Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler.
She has also been engaged to Kris Boyson, Scott Sullivan, Leandro Penna, and Warren Furman.
Katie started dating Love Island 2016 star Carl in the summer of 2020 after meeting in Essex celeb haunt Sheesh.

Despite their whirlwind romance, the pair have already been vocal about their desire to have children together.
"Basically, we do want a baby and we’re not being careful," Katie revealed on YouTube last October.
The mum also said she's very much wanting a sixth child with Carl but admitted her age was not helping.
