Katie Prince has recalled the mortifying moment she weed over partner Carl Woods as the Essex businessman tried to help her use the toilet following her life-changing foot injuries.
The former glamour model, 42, was confined to a wheelchair for months last summer after breaking both her feet during a family holiday to Turkey.
Kate suffered the agonising injuries after she jumped over a wall without realising there was a 20ft drop on the other side as she came crashing down on both her feet.
Speaking to The Fellas podcast on YouTube, Katie explained the 'horrific' extent of her injuries and how much she came to rely on now fiancé Carl Woods, who she had only been with a few weeks at the time of the accident.
"I've been stopping at that hotel for six years and I thought I knew it inside and out," began Katie.
"We were messing about and I was running and jumped over the wall. I jumped it and there was a 20ft drop. I landed on my feet.
"I remember lying there and I tried to get up and that's when the pain hit.
"My friends called an ambulance. It was a nightmare."
Katie said she was rushed to a hospital in Turkey where she was told she was suffering a hairline fracture, but it wasn't until she returned home to England for follow-up treatment that doctors told her the injuries were much worse.
The mum-of-five said she was warned the freak accident would prove 'completely life-changing' and she wouldn't walk again for another 18 months.
Recalling how the aftermath of her fall impacted her blossoming relationship with Carl, Katie said: "It was within the first month I met Carl.
"We got to know each other very quickly. He had to take me to the toilet, put me in the bath and I couldn't get my feet wet."
Katie then shared one mortifying moment Carl helped her to the loo on the way back from Turkey.
"We were coming back from the airport and we had to go in a disabled toilet but it had wee on the toilet seat so I said 'No, no don't put me in that!'
"So he held me in the sink. And it was a tiny little sink and I couldn't fit in so I p*ssed all over him," explained Katie.
"And I'm shouting 'Don't drop me!' but he's slipping about and the hand dryers are going off and everyone's thinking 'Are you alright in there?'
"I didn't want to say 'Yeah, im p*ssing in the f***ing sink.'
"Ugh and he had all p*** all over him," laughed the mum.
Katie said she's now having physiotherapy three times a week but predicts she will be living with chronic pain forever.
The ex Page 3 model hailed Carl as her 'rock' throughout the ordeal.
Last month, Carl sealed the deal by popping the question to eight-times engaged Katie after previously asking her son Junior and dad Ray Infield for their permission.
"I knew when I first met her I was going to propose to her, it was just trying to get it right,” said businessman Carl.
