Katie Price puts on brave face as she poses in wheelchair amid fears about leg operation

Katie Price has shared a sweet update with her youngest children following her horrific accident which left her with two broken feet.

The former glamour model, 42, has been left terrified following her doctors warning that she could lose a leg as she prepares for surgery.

Proud mum-of-five has managed to put on a brave face for her youngsters though as she continues to stay positive amid her agonising situation.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday evening, the telly star posed happily alongside her son Jett, 6, and doting daughter Bunny, 5.

The blonde bombshell plastered a beaming smile across her face from her wheelchair as she lifted both her broken feet in the air.

Katie threw her arms around her adorable kids who were dolled up to the nines in fancy dress outfits while leaning into their beloved mum.

Although Katie has been through the mill over the past couple of weeks, the reality TV star looked amazing as she sported a glowing tan and glamorous makeup look.

Alongside the sweet snap, the proud mum penned: "My babies" followed by a string of love heart emojis.

The cute family update comes after Katie suffered hairline fractures in both her feet and is expected to undergo an operation later this week.

The bombshell is said to be worried after doctors gave her a terrifying warning ahead of the procedure.

A source told The Sun Online: “Katie's doctors have warned her she must take her recovery seriously and it's left her terrified.

"She's prone to getting infections after operations, and her surgeon says she could lose a leg if her feet get infected.

"She'll have to be so, so careful - she'll have medical professionals on call 24/7 - and change the dressings regularly. She's got a long road ahead of her."

Katie recently told her YouTube followers that she will not be able to walk for six months following the horrific accident.

It's believed that she is unlikely to walk properly again until 2021, as her injuries are "worse than anyone realised."
