Katie Price reportedly took her fiancé Kris Boyson to Turkey for a half price nose job.
And it's said that the former glamour model has been telling mates that the next job for the makeover is getting rid of his "ginger hair".
Katie, 41, reportedly wangled the cut-price procedure for her beau after booking in another round of plastic surgery for herself.
Katie is believed to have had a breast reduction, had her bum lift reversed and had a face and eye lift.
Sources say Kris, 30, has gone under the knife too.
An insider told The Sun : "Kris has always been against Katie getting surgery, so everyone was shocked when he did a U-turn and went under the knife.
"He got his nose done half price in Turkey after Katie sorted him out with a deal - he has to praise the surgeon on social media.
"She's saying that she's turning him into a Ken doll, her Mr Right - and joking that 'all we have to do now is get rid of his ginger hair!' - it's a running joke between them."
It was previously reported that Kris had slammed Katie for having so many operations and had told her he'd be livid if she got any more work done.
And in the past, Katie has bragged about getting "free" surgery on Good Morning Britain.
She said one: "There is a menu. The thing is I can have surgery for nothing."
Speaking in May, she added to host Susanna Reid: "Ten days ago I had liposuction up here. I had my own fat put into my bum.
"My face, the face where I look like a space invader, I had my own fat put under my eyes, and then here at the side I've had my face lifted.
"It's safer than putting chemical stuff in."
Katie's representatives did not want to comment.
