Katie Price has confirmed she's moving out of her messy mansion but she's not going far as she's building herself a new house in the garden.
The former glamour girl, 41,has given fans a tour of her huge home in West Sussex on her new YouTube channel.
In the clip, she revealed she's got big plans for her luxurious pad - and dismissed rumours she's been goign ahead wihtout planning permission.
Katie said: "This is where my tennis court was... I got into a big dumper truck myself and l literally drove through the fence and crushed it.
"This is where I'm building a new house right here.
"My new house is going to be here and my old house there is going to be transformed into something else which will soon be revealed...
"All the work doing I have planning permission for - all the paperwork is in the house."
Katie had long been rumoured to be selling off her £2 million home as she battled bankruptcy.
However, she's adamant she's not going anywhere.
During the video, she addressed claims her house is in disarray, and admitted the house is in a mess because she's in the middle of renovations.
Katie declared: "Yes, it does look like a mucky mansion."
She showed off a dirt heap in the back yard, a scum-encrusted swimming pool and rubbish strewn all over the garden before heading indoors.
Inside, she led a camera operator around the rooms, many of which were piled high with heaps of clutter.
Looking to shed the mucky mansion label, Katie mused about what her home will be called once it has been finished: "Really I should call it Priceywood. Hollywood? Priceywood? Get it?"
