Katie Price updated her fans on social media as she shared sweet snaps of herself with son Harvey after leaving rehab.

Katie captioned the photo: "Good morning from me and my bear" followed by a brown bear emoji, a brown heart and then a green frog emoji.

Harvey looked to be sleeping on Katie's shoulder as she grinned as she looked into the camera lens.

This comes as Katie recently made a return to social media when she posted a family snap with her fiancé Carl Woods and son Harvey.

The 43-year-old was seen smiling while sat at a table with her hubby-to-be and son.

She posted the snap on her Instagram grid and captioned it with three blue heart emojis where she looks happy she was surrounded with the people she loves.

A couple of days before, Katie posted another loved-up family snap, but this time with her mum Amy.

She captioned the post: "Home is where Mum is", and the post racked up a huge amount of attention – amassing over 110,000 likes.

The former glamour model has switched off the comments though, meaning fans of the star are unable to leave well wishes and sweet notes.

Katie's big return to social media comes after she checked into The Priory for rehab treatment, after pleading guilty to drink-driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance following a crash near her home in West Sussex.

Her sentencing was deferred until December 15 to allow her to undergo treatment at the famous rehabilitation centre.

A statement released by her family at the time read: "This message has been written by Kate's family.

"As a family we have for some time been concerned about Kate's wellbeing and overall mental health. Today our worst fears nearly came true. As a family we have been and will continue to help Kate get the help she needs.

"We hope that she will realise that she cannot battle her issues alone.

"We would kindly ask that the media and wider public give Kate the time and space she needs to seek the necessary treatment, so that she can hopefully return to the Kate we know and love as a mother, daughter and sister."

Katie's sentencing date had been deferred until December 15 to allow her to get treatment at rehabilitation centre The Priory.
