Katie Price jokes about her odd tan lines as she sunbathes with casts on feet

Katie Price joked she's going to get some seriously odd tan lines as she sunbathed with casts on feet.

The former glamour model, 42, broke bones in both her feet in a freak accident on holiday in Turkey but she's refusing to let it spoil her fun.

She had initially planned to cut the break short and fly home for treatment, but Katie is determined to make the most of her time left in Turkey.

The telly star shared an update this morning showing her laying on a sunlounger by the pool with casts on both her legs and she couldn't resist making a joke about her tan lines,

In a post on Instagram, she wrote: "Still going to enjoy the sun and create new tan lines," adding a crying with laughter emoji.

She jetted off on holiday with her new boyfriend Carl Woods, 31, and her kids Junior, 15, and Princess, 13, for a lavish break in the sun.

They are staying in a £1,000-a-night suite at the Akra hotel with a private pool, and Katie insisted she didn't want to ruin her kids' holiday by making them go home early.

Katie's representative told Mirror Online: "Katie promised the kids this holiday, and Princess needs it after going through a hard time lately.

"She always puts the kids first, and even though she's in a tremendous amount of discomfort, she doesn't want to let the kids down by making them fly home early. She won't let this slow her down.

"A lot of people thought the kids were being sarcastic in Katie's video last night when they said they were having the best holiday ever, but they weren't.

"They're genuinely having a brilliant time and Katie doesn't want to ruin that for them."

Katie is believed to have suffered fractures after jumping off a wall during a day out at theme park Land of Legends.

She was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery, and is expected to undergo another operation when she gets back to Britain.

Katie is likely to be left in a wheelchair for up to six months as the injury has left her unable to walk.
