Katie Price was forced to inject herself with medication just moments after undergoing surgery for her broken feet.
The former glamour model, 42, gave fans a glimpse into the day of her surgery in her latest YouTube video as she got her old casts removed before going under the knife.
Katie broke both her feet whilst on holiday with her new man Carl Woods, 31, and her kids - turning her relaxing getaway into nothing short of a nightmare.
And her horror injuries forced her to undergo life-changing surgery if she wanted to ever walk again.
After waking up from the operation, Katie was given blood thinners she had to inject into her tummy.
Speaking on camera, she said: "I'm anxious because I've now got to do an injection, and I hate injections.
"These are blood thinners, and I believe anyone who has a break or something has these. I've got to have them for...I don't know how long but I will find out before I leave."
She added: "Carl said he'd do it for me, but I reckon it would just go..." as she mimicked a flopping sound.
"I have to do it myself so it looks more painful."
After successfully injecting herself with the blood thinner, Katie seemed to be in good spirits about her future.
"I don't care where the scar is, I'm going to learn to walk again. I am going to walk again," she confessed.
"The registrar said I will definitely horse ride, will definitely be able to run - so I am on a chicken winner dinner and in a bloody good mood."
She added: "I'm so happy. I've spoken to my mum and I've spoken to the kids, because my mum was upset when I basically told her how bad it is."
Doctors have told Katie that she won't be able to walk for at least the next six months - with her full recovery taking up to two years.
